Ongoing Recruitment
Estimated Onboarding Time: 2–3 weeks after the interview
Application Process:
Step 1: Complete the Pre-Survey
Step 2: Attend the Volunteer Orientation
Step 3: Submit the Volunteer Booklet & Volgistics Application
Step 4: Schedule and complete an Interview
Post-Interview Steps:
1. Create a Beeline account and submit demographic information
2. Upload required documents via ServiceNow Journey
3. Receive a confirmation email once all pre-boarding tasks are completed
Total Process Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks after the interview
Volunteer Responsibilities
Assist patients and visitors with navigation and support
Provide administrative support and documentation assistance
Support hospital staff with non-clinical tasks
Engage in various hospital volunteer activities
